Privacy notice

What this website keeps, and why.

This notice covers the marketing site and waitlist only. How the product itself treats client data is described in the data protection section.

Waitlist

The waitlist is run for us by Lobby. When you join, it keeps your email address, the time you joined, the page you joined from (including any campaign tags in the link) and any referral code. It sends one email so you can confirm the address, then a link to your place in line; it sets no cookies and stores IP addresses only as hashes, cleared after 30 days. We use the list to open pilots in order and to contact you about PaperHQ. Nothing is sold or shared. Every email has a link to leave the list, or email founders@paperhq.ai.

Booking a demo

The "Book a demo" buttons open a booking page from Cal.com. If you book, Cal.com keeps your name, email and the time you chose, and sends the invitation. We use them only to hold the call.

Analytics

We use Umami and PostHog (hosted in the EU) to see which pages are read and which buttons are used. Neither sets cookies on this site: PostHog counts visits with an anonymous hash that changes every day instead of a cookie, and neither records your screen or what you type. There is no advertising tracking on this site.

Your browser

If you join the waitlist, this page remembers in your browser's local storage that you did, so it does not ask again. Clearing site data removes it.
