# PaperHQ

> Year-end working papers for UK accountants, prepared by AI from the Xero, QuickBooks or Sage export: every balance tied to evidence, in your own Excel template.

PaperHQ is an AI preparer of year-end working papers for small UK accountancy practices (2 to 15 fee-earners) and for the outsourcers that serve them. It reads the bookkeeping export (Xero, QuickBooks Online or Sage) and the client's documents, and hands back a review-ready pack in the firm's own Excel template: the trial balance mapped to the accounts-production chart of your accounting software (TaxCalc and BTCSoftware layouts to follow) and proven, every balance tied to its evidence, one exceptions list, and the opening balances journal for the books. Numbers are calculated in code; an AI model only reads, maps or drafts, on data with client identities masked; a person in the firm signs. Priced per completed file, with no licence, seats or minimum. Currently in early access (pilot).
